Being new to the minibike (hobby?) , but having been into garden tractors and riding mowers I've noticed a lot of companies made both. I have some Gilson mowers. Anybody have "matching" mowers and minibikes?:smile:

I just bought a nice cub cadet lawn bug 1027, and the front wheels were replaced with some garbage ones. if anyone has a 4" wheel or 5" wheel that has a 5/8 shaft doesn't need a bearing, I think the originals were just greased. let me know thanks!

I have for sale an old "Flymo" Hovercraft lawn mower with a 2 stroke engine. It's not complete, the blades are missing and the engine has no spark. This was my Dad's mower and was running fine right up until it wouldn't start. It has good compression and I have to think it probably has a point...

What is the best two cycle engine to use on a mini bike? Is there anything wrong with a lawnmower 2 cycle turned horizontally with the carb and tank moved? Does a regular clutch fit on the shaft that was fitted for a blade?

Attempting to convert my vertical shaft engine in to a horizontal shaft and was wondering if anyone has any ideas to what I should do to plug the oil from coming out. Since it isn't tapped and is just a big 11/16 hole. Thanks!

i have an old murray ultr mid engined lawn mower, and i was wondering if anyone was familiar with converting a mid engine mower to a race mower. im not tring to knock out any speed records here just tryin to make it faster so i can use it off road style any help is greatly apreciated

My parents just decided to buy a new riding mower and said I could have the old one. Someone told me if you take the mowing deck off they can go pretty fast. Is that true? It has a 17hp engine in it
