Found this little a while back. Original setup as far as the engine clutch etc. Blower housing is wrong. I have a 1970 that I will put on it I think. Any feedback on these?

I acquired this frame a couple of weeks ago and I have narrowed it down to being a 1969 or later Tec frame but I'm still not sure of the exact model. I know you guys are the experts so here goes.
