I found A 70's Mini Chappy bike. I was wandering what Ya'll opinions are. It looks like a chopper and has the 49cc engine. It needs a chain and they are asking $300. What do you guys think. I'm at work so I can't put a pic up yet

Found this for a great price in my local classifieds. The frame and forks are very rough and it looks vintage. Any ideas? Pretty much got this for the 1991 3hp Briggs and the wheels/tires and the rest will end up on the scrap pile.
