I think ive seen posts before,i was thinking about makin the seat pivot in the back with a hinge and putting bike seat springs in the front and mabe movin the gas tank under the seat for ease of fueling.posts,ideas?

I know the wheels are off a suzuki I believe the frame is a taco but I have no idea what year. also the kickstand looks different then the photos I have seen of taco's and the foot pegs fold. The handlebars are adjustable also which confuses me as well. Any ideas?
