I used to read Mini cycle Mag. back in early 1970's and they listed a Briggs motor with special Mods that was called a "yellow Jacket motor" anyone hear of this or a copy they can send to me?
Thanks,
Jess
Not Really sure what this is. Yellow with strange foot rests. 3 HP motor.
Bought it at a swap meet. What do you think? I am a newbie, but for the veterans here this should be easy?
Weird spring suspension in back. (With nice tape accents)
Let me know.
Sounds like a damm song.
What is diffrence of all these clones? Other than the lables and color.
It seems the go kart guys seem to love the yellow clone. There's more aftermarket performance parts for the blue one. Red one seem to be sold through the lawm mower shops.

Looking for a Manco/Sears Yellow Jacket/Puddle Jumper Mini Bike. At the very least I'd like to purchase a frame and fork set to a turnkey mini bike. PM if you have anything. Thanks.
I have the TAV on my modded 6.5 DB. Played around with driver springs, found the white 3100 to be just right. The driven shifted too early so I put in the yellow spring, position 3.... still too early. This motor should rev 7 grand, seems the TAV should hold a whole lot later than it does...
post your pics and what you have done to your DB with a flat head or "yellow" clone.:grind::scooter:

I am posting this ad for DuVoisin so if you need more info please call or email DuVoisin directly thanks JohnnyBoy. This should be a 1970 Manco Yellow Jacket / Sears mini. I've completely restored this bike to brand new condition. The frame was stripped, sand blasted, then powder coated in...
A friend of mine sent these pics of his mini that he restored and he is not sure what style or brand of mini bike it is. He thinks it may be a "yellow jacket".
