Will be running Salisbury but for temporary purposes I have a power thrust driver and a Salisbury driven....

Well the salsburys are only rated for 8500rpms. Soo at 9000rpms........

no insult taken guys just sharing some info.I'm running Polaris clutches on my RTS with a '96 Polaris 340 fan cooled motor and it seems to run pretty good so far.have not had a chance to really open it up but I know it has the balls to get your attention!!!!!

Not much in the way of progress.
Determined I need a new carb so going for a tillotson HD carb for the 440.
I've mounted the front headlight and wired it.
Body has changed colors a few times. I'm holding out to show it until I'm done.....he he.

I have a few things I'm undecided on so I'm going to post them as a poll and let you guys decide for me.

Good luck with the tillotson. I gave up on those pumper carbs. Some people may have good luck with them but i didnt. Installed a mikuni and haven't looked back. And parts for walbro's are expensive, at least for the WD's.

Only reason I don't like the mikuni is I need to somehow keep it level which means fabricating some sort of intake extension with a bend.

Thwy dont have to be dead level. Within 20° i think. How tilted is the engine.

I'd have to get the trike level and look at it. Lets just say if I was going downhill I'd be in trouble lmao

Got my new wheels and tires for the rear. They are pretty sweet.
Got the body just about finished with paint and vinyl. Unfortunately I got ahold of some crap vinyl so I might have to redo it all.

I ended up getting my rear wheels and tires. Didn't like the white rims so I decided to paint them as well.

Yeah not much time to keep the garage clean. Its cold as crap and several bikes that need work done means I'm gonna have a dirty shop til it hits 70s again Lmao.
