Got some more work done this weekend. More painting done and some assembly. I now have a mocked up roller. Nothings tight yet but its looking pretty good in my opinion. IMG_20160207_131931-1.jpg IMG_20160207_132001.jpg

Another little bit of progress this weekend. Engine painted and reassembled. Repaired the oil pump cover yesterday with some jb weld, then found another one in the parts bin this morning, its in good shape so I polished it. Did a mock up as well, starting to look like a real bike again, will have to fab up some better steering stops though or not bother repairing the dents in the tank. LOL.

Not much progress lately. Replaced some engine bolts with socket heads. Sanded the tank down and filled a few dents. Unfortunately I found a pin hole in.the bottom and will have to get Rob to braze it. Cleaned up a new rear axle and took the forks off for Rob to weld new steering stops on. Someday I'll have to buy a welder. IMG_20160306_140659.jpg

Looks good Spencer. It's amazing what a little paint will do for those motors. I have one more Suzuki TC100 left to finish and if I ever do finish it, that's one thing I have to do. This will be a fun bike to ride around on.

As far as a welder, I just bought a Lincoln 140C last July with variable voltage (not the stepped you get at the box stores) I can say it was worth every penny. Pull the trigger and get a good welder, you'll never ever regret it.
