Aluminum vs. steel sprocket

#1
Just a quick question in regard to using an aluminum or steel rear sprocket. I'm getting ready to order a new sprocket along with a few other parts.
Which is the better choice? I'd like to change out the 74 to a 60 tooth sprocket. Preparing to install the Predator engine.
Thanks for your feedback.

Jack

I've decided to go with steel....unfortunately I can't seem to delete this thread. :hammer:

Well you made a good choice,
Even bicycles stay away from Alum chainrings,
There has to be a reason,
Well, not all bicycles use steel chainrings. My bicycle has an aluminum crankset with aluminum sprockets....but the rear gear cluster is steel, of course.
