bonanza gas tank

I bought an old Clinton engine for this tank, I know its not same as bonanza, but close, what do u guys think?

OldMiniBikes has the bracket for the "under the seat" mount. Even if it says they are "out of stock", they definitely have some.:thumbsup:

If you run fenders it won't work. The outlet has to be opposite the filler neck.

Ed is correct about it hitting the fender. Maybe use an elbow without a shutoff and put the shutoff somewhere else or plug it and solder on a new inlet. They sell the inlet piece on OldMiniBikes and eBay.

I have the same tank for a TH I'm building, I soldered a small piece of sheet metal in the recess for the outlet, filed and smoothed it out then soldered a brass 1/4 x 1/8 npt reducer in the opposite end... nearly looks factory, can't tell where the orig outlet was.
