But your clearance is better than mine by an 1/4 in I think. I have some need a little more.
I also need a little bit more top speed and power lol.

Can you adjust the wheel backward at all? Or how about a tensioner?

I have found for some reason, odd numbers of teeth on the jackshaft do not wear the sprockets out as fast, and they seem to ride smoother and quieter. Even numbers rumble.

My rear sprocket looks to be like a 60

You have rupp continental shocks on your bonanza. Notice the difference in the circled areas. Rupp shocks don’t have a flat for the bolt area and the bottom of the tube is tapered on the bonanza shocks. The rupp shocks are longer.

I have a shorter mx style coil shock I got from a moped shop maybe I’ll try them

They did come off of a Bonanza. I’m sure a lot of the parts were interchangeable back then.

I had 12 inch originally and they were too tall

I still have them, but the majority of people said I needed the 10 1/2’s or 10 1/4 my chain clearance got better with the shorter shock
