Bonanza suspension Tav2 questions

Just purchased a Bonanza 1300 it has a tav2 now my question is the converter connects directly to the sprocket on the wheel and I have seen pics where the converter connects to a sprocket that crosses over to the other side then to the wheel sprocket what is the reason for the cross over. And also when I sit on the bike my weight move the swingarm up which loosen the chain. Should I look for sprocket bar that crosses over are is there a repair for my chain gettin loose. Thanks

The only way your going to keep the chain tight is either put solid struts in place of the rear shocks, or install the missing jackshaft and turn the rear wheel around like it was delivered from the factory, personally I like the suspention and would use the shaft...........IMHO............Tom.
