cheeftah 225 time capsule

Those forks with the 225 on them, was that from the factory? I ask because I have a Stellar that had a decal on the fork plate and when I removed it I started stripping slowly just in case there any art there and what I found looked very much like a number. If memory serves it was a 22 that I could make out and another number. I need to find those pics.
