China made TAV from OldMiniBikes.

Has anyone used the China made tav from OldMiniBikes? Is it any good?

It's being used hard on a few vintage trikes. Buy a spare belt as that seems to be the weak spot.

I have been running them for years. They work great. The belts usually wear if there not aligned properly or cheaper belts. But cheap belts wear on Comet ones out of alignment also.:thumbsup:

A couple more nods for the knock-offs in this thread Dennis! (although this thread talks about E-bay Tavs I would go with OldMiniBikes's as you cant go wrong dealing with them!!)

I have one, love it. It has been on a Predator 212 for a few yrs now, and works as well as the day we got it.

like a loud whine noise....I can here that noise as loud as the motor...even the brand new baja does it..

I never noticed a whining noise. How are your bearings?
