DAVID WULF'S - Scratch Build - (Anything Goes)

#45
A great looking setup, the jig is great and you did it right. I like to see a good slugged and plug welded joint, it's the only way to do it correctly. Keep up the good work, can't wait to see the end result.

Today I got the trees cut out and drilled . The upper half has just got a grove cut in the under side of it to be able the center the tube and hold it . I have a set of 7/8 th's raisers coming also . For bars I'am thinking a T style drag bar would look cool .

I also got the fork tubes cut and the ends coped along with the upper frame section is coped to the neck . If all my math is correct the ride height should be at 7 1/2 inches to the bottom of the frame .

This jig is to get a center mark on the tube to guide the hole saw .
