I'm building a db30 old style I'm getting my frame forks and small parts powder coated

Cool , I assume you'll be welding up that engine plate first ? Also you should consider relocating the kickstand to the correct side positioning it between the chain tensioner mount and the rear fender mount tube ! The Chinese were backwards ?

Looks good man. I did mine in a candy, costs a little bit more but the candy colors are well worth it.

On my next build I will have the rims powder coated as well.:wink:

I got rid of the Allen bolts and put stronger bolts in because the Allen bolts were bent from the torque of the sprocket.i used rustoleom paint and primer and some atomotive clear coat on the parts I painted black.I also got Carlisle snow hog 15-6-6 tires for the front.

I got these snow hogs on Amazon and painted the letters white .they came deformed and I can't get them to seat.any tips?
