Its called the "Elegant Farmer" and was built by Willard Wayne of Hayward California. Went on tour in 68 and 69 and mpc made a model kit of it http://www.showrods.com/showrod_pages/elegant_farmer.html

Here's a couple that were for sale on ebay or craigslist. Built by General Appliance they used the five spoke mags on the front of some of them. I actually found a set of them at a local farm auction. They had plastic bushings instead of bearings. Never found the mower though. :no:
