If you don't get an answer from someone who used that carb on a gc160 you will have to start measuring. The center to center bolt holes on the intake are 42-43mm.

It should work if you can bolt it to the engine. But you should use a header pipe with it. I'm not sure how it would work with the stock muffler.

You will have to be careful with RPM without a functional governor. You don't want to ruin the idea with a blown engine and possible injury.

Earlier this year I ran this carb on a stock 196 with a header pipe. RPM was limited by gearing and under 30 MPH riding. Even if I ran it to top speed I'm certain that it would run out of power and top out at a safe RPM.

The gc160 has the carburetor in the back and the exhaust out the front of the engine. My margay kart was horrible with my right arm resting on the exhaust pipe. So there shouldn’t be any interference there. Though I don’t know if the manifold bolts up.
