How to: Making a CAT Chain Guide

Well I saw Jeff's "How to" thread on the Mac header and thought it was a really cool thread. I'm in the process of making some more of those little CAT chain guides so I thought I'd go ahead and post that process as well. None of that fancy EDM stuff....but still kind of neat. Just follow these 4 simple steps......

Step 1: Cut the ABS plastic into little blocks.

Step 2: Cut a dove-tail on the block so that it can be held in the next step.

Tomorrow or Monday we'll start step 3 and post a few more pictures...:thumbsup:

Step 4 is simple.... back in he vise and remove that dovetail that we put on in step 2.
