id love to have a rupp, or any other cool trike, from back in the day. they look better than the atcs imo.

Here is my son Michael on a Rupp Rat at DEE Engineering they were my distributor for Rupp and my later Corsair VW Trike they are BUGPAC

Hello Darren and welcome to the OldMiniBikes. Yes Rupp was a small player in the off road trike market as they just had the little Rupp Rat wit a three HP engine and the Rupp Trucker with a 5 HP engine.
I was a dealer For both Rupp and Tri-Sport back when both companies were alive but were struggling to stay in business. Rupp came on in 1974 with a big street legal trike called the Centaur and it was powered by a 340 CC Kohler snowmobile engine they made somewhere close to 1200 units

Thanks Steve Durham for contacting me and verifying my Rupp mini rat 3 wheeler, is great to talk with you about old stuff like that, did just pickup a couple of a Rupp mini bikes all original, a roadster2 and a scrambler 2 bought from the original owner!
