What Is It ?

Found at the side of the road with its Free sign ! Helping my Buddy get it running.

Looks like a 7hp TEC from Sears on it but, Not OG to the Kart.

What is it ? Any Ideas ?

Very unique Roll bar, is factory !

I think that roll bar is just a motorcycle crash bar.

If it is, someone sure knew what they were doing with a welder. ?

Oh, an under the many layers of paint, the Kart looks to have been OG painted Frost Blue

I am sure your right , chrome crash bar welded on and the weld painted

They did A heck of a job putting it on.

Cant see a chrome piece being welded on to a painted frame from the factory?

You can see where it attached to the 2 down tubes with ubolts on the top. It was just flipped upside down and mounted on the back of the kart. The loop where the steering rod is mounted looks like a Phoenix Engineering loop

But I can see why you would say that.

It is the only loop that I could find close in the image search. All the rest are smaller. Im sure some Kart guys will know.

pheonix engineering go karts was Bird, or what became of Bird. They made the Bird Romper three-wheeler I picked up last summer.
