Little White mini bike Frantic Motor

Here this is the tiniest bike i bought. Only identifing marks on it is on top of the fork has Frantic Motor on the dial. This looks to have a 3 horse briggs motor. Any help identifying this bike would be awesome THANK YOU for this great site.

It's actually Fantic, not Frantic. They were made in Italy. Fantic Motor - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

looks just like my daughters. i think there were two variations on the frames where the pipes meet the steering head. mine has fold up foorpegs.
