To be honest it should look like that the way they do shitty business here.
But our Multi-Million dollar, voted down 5 times, city counsel decided they wanted anyway, City hall looks like this:

Oh forgot to include its such a shitty area they employ off duty officers 24hr a day at 2 times there city wage to escort people to and from there cars.
But we are playing catch and release with anybody not causing bodily harm because we have laid off 40 correctional officers.
