Hello all!Recently retired and ran across a 1970 Sears mini bike and decided to resurrect it. IMG_20141213_195543.jpg Looking for size wheels and tires this had on it.I'm thinking of going 5" wheels with 4.00/3.50-5 tires.Looking at frame it seems it had just under 12" overall tire diameter. Thanks for all replys and Ride Safe and Often! Hi Mike
Welcome! I think 6" is probably a good size for that bike of yours.
I'm about 60 miles west of Chicago and retired like you and doing this mini bike thing now.
I've done two so far and starting on two more shortly.
