You also should take into account that most of the rev limiters are for 4, 6, and 8 cylinders and may not work with a single. Also reading on limiters there are very few that will work on Magneto ignition systems.

oh ya forgot to mention that this is a bsp clone and didnt come with a govenor lol. i wonder how the rev box on the world formula briggs works? thanks guys

i have rev limiters on all my mx and trail bikes that i have replaced for abit more rpm,s or further in between shifts even though some bike manufactures have them set right at the max hp any ways it still nice to be able to wait abit longer to shift depending on the track and conditions. some bikes like my klx125 trail bike was bored to a 190cc and it couldnt use all its hp until i put a different ignition to let it get up in to the 9500rpm,s where the power was at compared to where it was stock at around 8500. so some times its good some times its not?
