Powder coating vs. Spray paint?

I have 2 Fox Sprites and neither of them have that jackshaft mount..or the other bracket....and mine also have a scrub brake... i dont know why Fox made sprites in so many different ways....

I moved the brake caliper bracket from the other side and installed the j-shaft mounts myself.

Here it is the way I received it:

I'm going to use a Comet two speed set up on this one, and the original Fox OEM j-shaft brackets had been hack sawed off when it came to me.

Similar story with my fox, the previous owner had replaced the worn out stock parts with whatever crap in their yard. It had a lawn mower caliper biting the sprocket, on one side. Not to mention some trick wood hardener soaked cardboard for fenders ut:

Im not sure if fox made them all different or if some people half a** it instead of replacing the part.
