Hey, what happened to KKK posts?? That was good info??

The Mod Squad strikes again.:eek:hmy:
I originally suggested popping off the head and measuring the bore.....H30 and H35 is 2.500 ...HS40 is 2.625....but that's on the early motors. I thought it would be a good idea to actually look at the pics :doah: and realized this was a late model motor with the coil outside the flywheel so I don't know anything about those things...

ahh don't get discouraged....let some of the other experts ring in!! Lighting coil setups for the later motors might be easy to come by a lot of the snowblowers used them...

Yeh, Rupp original engines for pre 1970 are hard to come by. You can stick a clone on there while looking for a correct engine, then at least you can be riding it. The bike is looking good though !

I think Peekster actually had a "lit" 3-1/2 tec for sale that came off a '69 RUPP..:drool:.not sure if he still has it....:shrug:

Hit 'em up for a price now before his meds wear off....:laugh:
