The Hoss 3x2 anything goes class

Time to get back at this project lol
Mainly just tidying up welds and painting
I had planned to put fenders on it and may make a hood to enclose my enclose nthe jack shaft
Needs a custom exhaust too

Well got motivated tonite and pulled the front wheels off then filled them with tire slime to fix some leaks
Dug out the fenders and mocked up some brackets

Got a hood bent up and placed the fenders , they need to be widened by 4 inches

hood and fenders

Fenders widened and tacked to hood

It will have a front hinge and the fenders and hood will tilt forward as a unit

Did a bit of sanding filling and painting

Flip front in primer

Painted with my own combination of candy metallic
Two coats of krylon regal blue , then a dusting of krylon silver metallic followed by a dusting of the regal blue , then repeated the silver and a final dusting of the blue
I work quickly , not allowing the coats to dry this allows the misting coats to flow together

I will most likely give it a coat of clear in a few days

The Hoss 3x2 is finished !!

I clear coated the tank and hood yesterday , then put on the cool decals from Bikebudy (thanks Cory)

I am taking it up to the cottage for the weekend for some pictures and riding

Well I am calling this one done !!

We did the final test of the weekend , and other than needing a few adjustments it works rather well

There is a rather steep learning curve to riding it lol , will be looking forward to having a few laughs in Windber when people want to give it a try lol
