far as I can tell, there is more than enough meat to drill the brackets to the frame as well. I still can't find a manufacturer of it, it has part numbers on various pieces, but does not resemble anything I have seen in the past.

Something neat that I just Got in from Cali, NOS Zebra/Jan Ho branded throttle assy and grips. Very cool box:thumbsup:

If you dont know, Jan ho was a copy cat company, Jan ho did Honda and Taco copy bikes starting the late 60's :thumbsup:
