What Kind of TACO

I scored this Taco last week, it appears to be fairly stock. I'm wondering what model and year it is ( 1970 Taco 99 ?? ) Frame # is 70H324, 5 HP B&S
engine. The bike runs but needs both chains, air cleaner element, carb should be gone thru, rear tire has sidewall separation and the clutch is supposed to have 2 bolts in it to make it direct drive? Brakes need adjusted or probably new shoes and no muffler just a straight pipe so it's a little loud when running
I was thinking about using it as a Pit Bike but I'm thinking of selling it to fund my Racing Program

99 has the 5" standard Taco rims and the letter A in the serial #.
