Yes.. Water pumps are just about always a standard crank.. There WERE a select few briggs 3.5 horse motors with a regular 5/8 bore crank, but no key way and there are threads cut onto the outside..
But for the most part, %99 of the time it's gonna be a standard 3/4 or 5/8 keyed drilled tapped crank...
The worst part of water pump cranks, is if you get an old one.. Almost always the water pump has worn out and the seal leaks plus the thrust bearing type washer right on the crank shaft, all spinning away in there.. Cuts and rusts grooves and pits into the crank shaft near the oil seal.. Out to about 1/2 way out... I've seen em soooo barely rusted and worn you'd almost use it.. To the "

Those are usually the junkyard old beat up rusted away left for dead 1985 flathead motors though..
