Not sure what this engine equates to hp wise. Turns over with good compression. Did not try to start it. Throttle shaft is nice and snug. 3/4" x 2 1/4" tapped shaft. Great for a spring project! $40 plus shipping (which will be heavy)or I can deliver it to the NJ show in two weeks.

Hey all, just found these aluminum handlebar mounts w screws at the local bicycle shop for $3.99 each. As you can see, they have a long flat section that can be used as a platform support. Looks like they are for 1" diameter bars, but they could easily be made to fit other diameters...
