    cycle kart build (discussion stage)

Since my tom thumb is winding down, I have started thinking about and gathering parts for a possible next project, a cycle kart! I'm sure most of y'all know what one is, and what one looks like. While looking around my dads fields of amassed cool stuff (junk in a different language) I found...

    Caper Cycle

The attached pic shows the first page of a bunch of Caper Cycle and Caper Cart paperwork that was actually used in the office where they were made. A rare find because this stack was found in the bottom of a supposedly empty file case many years after Ben Hunt Manufacturing shut down. This...

    Holder Micro Cycle

HOLDER MICRO CYCLE Smaller than a mini-bike, a lot of quality in a little package It seems strange, looking at the Holder Micro Cycle, to recall that only a few years ago, most mini-bikes were only a little bigger. Today this little machine appears... well, rather like a toy. Maybe that's all...

My wife and I brought the donated Brute Cycle home today. We drove from Elizabethton(Johnson City) to Chattanooga to pick it up. The donor had it listed in CL for $900 or trade. I asked what his bottom dollar would be and he gave us a call after seeing our website and wanted to donate it...

Picked this Early Caper Cycle roller.

I think it may be a 1959. It's earlier since it has the flat top frame. Pegs are wrong, easy fix. Jack shaft mount on one side is gone, easy fix. Everything else is straight. Wheels and sprocket are original. Original brake works. Rare bike to find and I'm happy to come across it...
