handlebar

Hey guys. Looking for a clean solution for mounting foot pegs to an Azusa project bike. Has anyone used a handlebar mount like this? I hear a lot that the cheap clamp mount that come with the bike suck.

Can someone please tell me how they accomplished the fitment and pull back of the round rod or tube handlebars into the square tube of these mini bikes? It seems to me if you just angled them in and welded you would not get enough material in there for it to be a very strong junction. Example:

Forks seem to be in good shape may be a bit loose in the lowers but most are the chrome on the springs is OK for a rider. Clamps are in good shape other than the chrome which is a bit rough. No bars. PM me for pics or I'll post em in a week per the rules should they last that long. Will take...

I'm looking for a Cat 400TS or a basic Cat handlebar decal. I have a Hustler or Cat All American handlebar decal to trade. Here are a few decals I have to trade.

Re-assembling the handlebar risers I seem to remember the thick conical washers being on the underside of the top triple tree. Flat the holes don't line up, cone side up they will work but doesn't seem right. I can't seem to upload photos at the moment, don't know if it is on my end. But...

I'm hoping someone has an extra Cat Slingshot decal sitting around? I know a lot of our in-house OldMiniBikes decal makers are on hiatus, but hopefully someone has a re-pop decal they want to sell? :thumbsup: I'd also consider other Cat handlebar decals? Hustler, Endura, etc.
