Like it says this is my first frame up build, I got two Mini Bikes from an old farmer by my Grandparents 15 years ago, the one was complete me and my son rebuilt the engine and he rode it for a few years then we sold it. Now my youngest son it getting interested so we are starting our build.

70 Rupp mini bike he makes it sound like this is all original and not restored in like new condition.
