Yeah I know there are some really nice re-pops! But my wife is really good on the sewing machine! So im going to try to make one first.

So here are a few pictures of the build. So as everyone knows the welds defiantly were not the prettiest on these mini bikes. Well at least not on mine… So I decided to clean them up with some JB weld. I think it came out pretty good and I like the clean look it has now! The frame is all primed and waiting some sanding and paint.

So I cant add any more attachments because my limit is full. Not to sure how to clear or get more space?

If u ride the bike it will most likely crack in the filler area. I have done body work on cars for many years.

Thanks for the info. But Im hoping that with J-B Weld having a tensile strength of 3960 PSI Ill be good. But you never know.?.?

Steel has a tensile strength of at least 20,000 psi. Have you seen slywillie's bonanza's i would not waste his advice!

Im not doubting or wasting anyone's advice. But it is my bike and I'm going to try to do what i want to it. And if it turns out that it cracks horribly Its and easy fix! Thanks for the input.

Looking good. Can't wait to see some color on it. If your spray painting it get a can of the 2k uerathane clearcoat to spray over your base. It's a 2 part spray paint with hardner and makes it look proffesional plus it won't chip. It's like $25 a can. It can be sprayed over any type of base.

Well if it does crack while I'm riding it there is really no problem other than looks. And like i said easy fix.:wink: Because i did not use the jb weld for structural repair. I use it to kinda smooth everything out and and give it a clean look over the actual welds. I figured it would be a lot stronger than a bondo filler… And i have listened to a lot of advice from this forum thus far.By the way thanks for your great advice!:thumbsup:
