Bonanza vs. Cheeftah

#7
bonanza's are driven by cool guys with blonde chicks on
the back with long hair streaming in the wind, arms
wrapped around the driver, bright blue eyes and an
intoxicating smile.

nerds on cheeftahs take pictures of those guys and
dream about kelly bundy.

Guess I'm a Cheeftah man then because I have young gorgeous red headed wife with brown eyes. Better sell this Bonanza if I get it then!!

Comment'

I don't own either ' nor do i recall riding them ever'
But looking at them , From the pics here ,I would choose a Cheeftah'
Reasons..
1. I like the front forward bent handlebars very similar to my Baja Doodlebug and other vintage minibikes.
2. The Jack shaft looks as if it is on the same side as the clutch Thus giving more room on the other side of the bike.
3. Rear Springs.
4 Larger Frame for bigger motors.
5 Pivoting foot pegs
6. Lower to the ground.
Anyone else care to elaborate on the Cheeftah that I may be missing?

Possably because you would ride the Bonanza much more. while the Cheeftah sits in the garage with a blown rod in the Clinton engine. The Cheeftah looks to me like a cross between a Bonanza and a Sears mini bike, A mutt,:laugh::laugh:

Pictures are nice,,But when you put them side by side there are notable quality differences...Bonanza uses better metal in their frames, better welds, seats, and better wheels. They did not short change the buyer on even the small stuff.
for instance...Look at how the front wheel is attached on both bikes.
Cheapas just flatten the tubs out and bolt through the end. Bonanzas are welded metal and oh yeah have front shocks.
Ride em both. It's like comparing a ride in a rolls with a ride in a VW.
That is why there is a ...

Bonanza Brotherhood
