My entirely scratch built minibike

#1
I'm fifteen and for the past 4 months I have been building this scratch built minibike, which has a 2.5hp Suffolk engine, a 4.5:1 gear ratio and 10 inch pnuematic wheels. The clutch hasn't come yet, so I haven't rode it.

Thats some nice handy work for a 15 year old!
Those foot pegs look really short though. are you going to extend them?
And the forks look really skinny. They look like they would bend easy.

I would contact the Ginnis Book of World Records people. That has got to be the worlds Longest steering head ! Good work, and in another 10 years you`ll be a master builder :grind:

Right. I have the clutch, and the chain, and it finally goes, after 5 months and 1 week of building. I only rode it about half an hour ago, in the dark, for about 15 minutes, but it was great! Hit about 18mph today, but I'm certain it will be faster. Great for darting around the farm with.
