New member with '64 Bug Super Flea Hodaka

My dad bought this for me in 1964, and I've owned it ever since. It's been a real argument starter from day 1. The motor is an E-code Hodaka Ace 80. Any questions, I'll be glad to answer most of 'em.

Thanks for the welcome! Yeah, you've got the right gas tank. Mine came with the same tank only it was mounted at the rear, and turned sideways from how your's is.

Yeah, I have a tank, handlebars, and seat I just need to finish restoring them.

Originally it had a big ol' 4-quart K&P tank, I'm going to use something smaller that looks cooler in my opinion.

hey old thread but do you have any update pics of that bug. I have never seen one before. Thanks. And that motor is a yamaguchi ace 80 correct?
