old style predator Head option

#1
I just bought a new predator 212 at harbor freight. Its the old style valve cover which I was surprised. I started to replace the stock 22cc head with my aftermarket 14cc stock head but the 22cc head has 27mm intake and 25 exhaust valves at 5mm in diameter. Also, it has automotive retainer and locks. My stock aftermarket 14cc head has 5.5mm valves at 25mm intake and 24mm exhaust (slip lock retainers). MY PROBLEM IS WHICH IS BETTER TO RUN????

My motor built is:
billet flywheel, ARC stock rod length, stock cam, stock carb with gx160 etube, #90 jet

Future add-on:
mukini carb, Dyno MOD2 cam, flat top predator piston,1.3 rockers, chrome moly push rods

Stainless valves in the Predator head would sell me on it. Mill it some would help. Would the stock keepers work with after market stainless valves?

In my opinion with the mods your gonna do go with the 14cc head and the beefier valve stems. Stock retainers will not work on ss valves

I saw the same stock head on a friends engine yesterday. Appears nicer overall ports and auto keepers. No lash cap and equal length valves. Wierd
