Predator engine throttle help.

Ok, it's getting late and I'm getting frustrated. I am trying to put the throttle cable through the screw/nut thing but there's no hole. Do I need to turn the screw and hold the nut with a wrench? I tried it but I started to strip the screw. I searched but I couldn't find anything about threading the cable through. Sorry if its a stupid question. Any help would be appreciated. Loosen the screw on top. that is what tightens down and holds the cable

It's loose and just spinning. Do I need to hold the nut with a wrench and turn the screw? I feel like its not turning and I'm stripping the screw

You only need one and it comes with two. If you did strip it you can remove the other one and install it in place of the stripped one.

I suggest removing the gas tank to get a better view of the throttle. There are three bolts holding it down.
