Its a turnbuckle someone used LOL. Its no longer fugly brown burgundy, well its half stripped but coming along. My favorite part on the bike is the shocks.

Yeah but its perfect for something I want to use and I thought you'd just toss it. This genius previous owner has done all the work for me. And I like that.
