I can help. Mine ship via priority mail for 70.00. The kit that Doc posted comes with links also. The ones on E bay do not have the links, missing a spacer washer and the mounting holes are not extruded. The only thing needed for my kit is the extension spring which is still available through partstree. Not being negative on the E bay items. I spoke to that person. Just depends how close you want to an original.

Just get Tecumseh part 31726. They show up a heck of a lot more than that other crazy setup. Much easier to install too. I find them all time. Here's one I put on my Sears Roper:

If you keep your gov's on, there is another part number that is nearly the same I'd have to look up that allows for that. This one is from a constant speed bracket that I tweaked.
