How should I go about cleaning mud off my engine? I was in some trails (without a rear fender) and took a wrong turn into a mud! I was revving it trying to take it out and realized the whole engine got caked in mud due to the lack of a rear fender. Only issue is I have no running hose water...

I have seen a video on carb adjustment on my non hemi 212. It says there is no adjustment. Is that true? I just cleaned my carb and put everything together and now my throttle at idle will propel me at about 15 and my brakes won't hold anymore. Maybe I did something wrong?
