Who does a good job rebuilding and refinishing a old Briggs? Looking to get a new piston, rod, cam, carb, exhaust, and have the head ported.

Just put a jr racing flywheel on my 5 hp briggs.Along w/ some heavier valve springs.Thre will be more to come this winter but I cant get it to start at this point.Someone told me to set the timing @ 29 degrees(idk what that means).I do have some advance keys coming.Anybody know what Im missing?

If you can fit a 3-3.5hp flywheel on a 5hp can you do the reverse? Question is can I put a billet 3hp size flyweel intended for the 5hp on a 3hp?

I can use two if I can get them...butttt they need to have the bigger flange on the carb side with approx 3/16-1/4" of material above and below the bolt holes on the carb flange...... opening on the carb side needs to be approx 26mm / 1"
