I just ordered a 6 degree timing key for my predator 212cc motor. I've never done this mod before. I've read the how to on affordablegokarts.com. How much spacing does the flywheel need from the coil and how do I adjust it to that specific measurement?

Seasons Greetings, There is a timing mark on the cam gear, but no marks on the crank gear. There is, however, a keyway on the crank gear, is that what I am supposed to line it up to? Thanks, Greg
