I have two problems I'm hoping to resolve. Lately I been noticing what I think is gas in my oil. I think its gas. Either way the oil gets really thin and clearish. I just rebuild the carb but I havent run it yet. Think this will solve it? I didn't find anything in the carb that would...

I built a clone motor with a new ARC Rod and Flywheel , Springs, cam and a ported and jetted carb. It has way to much vibration , it is in the motor not in the set up any help thanks chris

Have a 3.5 Briggs mounted on a DB 30. I have a pretty good vibration. Engine seems to run smooth and the shaft looks strait. The gas tank is pushed up on the fender frame , very tight. Think the tanks adds to the vibration? Anyone use dampers of any kind? Suggestions?

Has anyone experimented with putting a layer of some other material between the engine block and the motorplate of their mini to reduce vibration? I was thinking this may also prevent scratches on the motorplate by keeping it more secure or when making adjustments etc.:out:

I was comparing the ride between my 780 tote gote and VT8 bronc. The VT8 vibrates more than the 780. Has anyone tried to put vibration isolators/mounts on the engine with success? I thought about doing this but wasn't sure if the engine needed to be on a flat steel plate. Thoughts?
