Hey, this build off ends at the end of May.

Now back to important stuff..

Earlier this week I bent up the tear seat mount and support bars. Welded up everything today and dressed up the back end a little bit with some expanded metal. Cut the front fender and rearched it today too. I think I'm about done welding on this thing now.

I even got peeksters seat post welded on for him but boatguy will have to sit on his lap.

Well thought for a few days on how to make a expanded metal clutch cover and this is what I came up with. Made a template and cut it out and shaped an welded it up. Them I found a couple of junk recoil housings. Straighten out the mounting tabs for the front one and left the other alone for rear. Welded them in place and bolted in a couple clone plastic pull handles. I cut the metal behind pull starts and bent it up into recoil housings. Now I need to figure out just how I want to mount the cover to backing plate. Hope this is what you were kinda thinking Randy.

Recoils will not start the bike from that side they will turn the engine the wrong way. Might try to rethink it. Hmmm
