I painted it the way Rupp did in 1972. Once the engine is painted and the decals go on, I'm sure it will look like new :)

Here is another roller picture. This one has the rear shocks installed , brakes adjusting and working just waiting for the engine.

I got the engines painted for both Rupp's. I'm putting them together now so it shouldn't be too long before they are done.
The fan shrouds didn't come out to good plus I see I have a dent or two to remove. I'll redo them and make them look good :)

I'm retired... I'm an old fart.
I spend 9 to 11 hrs a day in the garage working on my mini's.
Oh, I'm not married either :) No one to yell at me for being in there all day every day.
Sometimes life can be good.

Yep, I am married and I take a beating from time to time over the mini bikes. It's more the result of moving stuff into the kitchen because I can't get any decent weather in Michigan to work in the garage or outside! But yours is outstanding. I love the old Rupps!

Your Hustler build looks great. I have a nice project to get to when it warms up. I had a Scrambler new when I was a kid.
