Help with rejetting after upgrade Predator 212 hemi?

Need a little advice on what to do to get my carb running smooth again? Did the air filter and header pipe knowing it would need a little adjustment but just don't know what is right? I have a .035 jet should I just replace that? Some say the e-tube? not sure would like some input! I was hitting about 40.5 GPS with the header pipe and the GTC TC2 torque converter, the governor still connected would like to leave it on this build, but I would like get the speed up a little more (maybe like 45 - 50mph). could I adjust the governor a little to get closer to 4000rpm?
