You'll most likely have to use the tinyurl service, as I have it set to re-write the title automatically.

Ohh my brain hurts...
doesnt seem to work for me. what about the tinyurl service ? shouldnt that be doing it for me? i think the problem is it doesnt show up as a link when i paste it in my edit signature box so i cant change the wording

As Strigoi said, you needed to remove the R and replace it with a U in the BB Code
